Dr Phang is a consultant psychiatrist and Fellow of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

He completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Melbourne and his postgraduate psychiatry training in Sydney. Dr Phang has a certificate in consultation-liaison psychiatry.

Dr Phang’s special interests include addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, brain injury and perinatal psychiatry. He speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He sees adults aged 18 years and above.
